  1. Tell us about your stay

    Share your property link or photos, guest capacity, priorities, budget and preferred timing.

  2. Receive a clear proposal

    We recommend suitable products, sizes and quantities. You receive pricing, availability, delivery details and payment terms before confirming.

  3. Approve and arrange payment

    Confirm your selection and pay through the agreed payment route. For larger projects, any staged payments are agreed in advance.

  4. Delivery and ongoing support

    We coordinate the agreed deliveries with you or your local contact. For later replacements, simply refer to your property and the item you need.

Delivery dates, destinations, shipping costs and any split deliveries are confirmed in your proposal. Installation or on-site styling is only included when expressly agreed. If an item is discontinued, we can suggest a suitable alternative.

One home or an entire collection of stays

For holiday-home owners, Airbnb hosts, villas, B&Bs, boutique accommodation and property managers. Rental organisations can also discuss a dedicated purchasing arrangement for their owner network, with FANNUR handling product enquiries and orders directly.
